This
end user license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either a private or
a legal person) and Kra-Tronic Corp. for the use of 'Mouse and Key Recorder'
software, which only can be used, if you have a valid license for the 'Mouse and
Key Recorder'.
By downloading and installing 'Mouse and Key Recorder' software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. License
When you purchase one license key for 'Mouse and Key Recorder' software, you are
entitled to use one copy of the program on any single computer, provided the
software is in use on only one computer at any time.
If
you have purchased multiple licenses for the program, then at any time you may
have as many copies of the program in use as you have licenses.
When
you purchase a site license, you are entitled to use the 'Mouse and Key
Recorder' on any computer in one site. A site license is meant for a single unit
of a company. A company unit can have several buildings in a city. To use the
'Mouse and Key Recorder' in different branches (normally located in different
cities) a worldwide license is needed.
When you purchase a worldwide license, you are entitled to use the 'Mouse and Key Recorder' on any computer in any site owned by one company. A worldwide license does not cover PCs outside the company !
2.
Responsibility
Kra-Tronic Corp. disclaims
responsibility of any loss (including but not limited to direct or indirect loss
in consequence of personal injury, loss of profits, business interruption, loss
of business information or other financial losses) arising out of the use of or
inability to use 'Mouse and Key Recorder' software. In any case, Kra-Tronic
Corp. entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to
the amount actually paid by you for the license key.
3.
Copyright
'Mouse and Key Recorder' software is not sold but is given in license. The
software is owned by Kra-Tronic Corp. and is protected by Swiss copyright laws
and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like
any other copyrighted product.
4. Disputes
An attempt shall be made to resolve by negotiation any disputes arising in
relation to this agreement, or any circumstances deriving from the agreement. If
this is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration in Switzerland
under Swiss law.
