Proceeding steps

Using Kra-Tronic Corp. Spam-Protection Service

For using the Kra-Tronic Corp. Spam Protection Service in a optimal way, a certain sequence of the necessary steps should be considered.
The following steps are necessary:

1. 
Reading the Kra-Tronic Corp. Spam Protection Service pages: 'The Spam Problem' and 'The Spam Protection' to know exactly how the service works.

2. 
Thinking about how many forwarding e-mail addresses are necessary and how they should be named. It makes sense to group the e-mails. e.g. one forwarding e-mail address for friends, one for relatives, one for clubs, one or several for buying in the Internet. Grouping has the advantage, that, if one e-mail address is newly polluted by spam, just those people in this group needs to be informed about the new address.
For the first forwarding e-mail address you get also an Internet page, containing this e-mail address. For this e-mail address you "publish" just the Internet page address, not the e-mail itself. Normally you use this first e-mail address for friends and relatives. The name of your Internet page is created from the name of the first e-mail address. e.g. www.kramail.com/101/peter.15.miller.

Ordering the new e-mail account and forwarding e-mail addresses. The first month of the Kra-Tronic Corp. Spam Protection Service is free. That means you can test the service without any costs at your side.

4. 
After maximum two working days you get a confirmation e-mail that your new e-mail account and the forwarding e-mail addresses have been set up. Now you have to change your e-mail program (e.g. Outlook) settings. You can find a description for this change in the link: E-mail Settings. After you have changed your e-mail program you should inform the people in your address book about the new e-mail adress(es)
We recommend to set the new entry in your e-mail program that way, that all e-mails are downloaded to your PC (and deleted on the e-mail server) when you contact your e-mail account. (This is the default setting in the e-mail programs). E-mails which are stored on the e-mail server are not backuped and would get lost if a computer error happened.

5. 
PC-Security. It's now time to think about the security of your own PC. In the 'Terms and Conditions' you find the rule, that no spam must be sent by your new Kra-Tronic e-mail account. It's clear that you not intend to do that, but... certain viruses and worms have the ability to transform your PC into a spam catapult (Spam sender PC). 6. 
After about two weeks you can deactivate your old (spam polluted) e-mail account. The steps necessary are also described in the link: E-mail Settings. 
Hint: The described deactivation just avoids the download of the spam e-mails from your old e-mail account to your PC. If you have the possibility to delete this account (e.g. because it was a GMX account), then you should do it. That way everybody using this old e-mail address gets a message that this e-mail address is invalid.

7. 
After four weeks you should pay the first monthly fee (in case you would like to continue to use the spam protection service) Paying the first month fee. The payment is processed by PayPal. If you are not already a member of PayPal you need to subscribe to this service.
PayPal is a large online payment service. Countless companies like Ebay accept payment by PayPal. The big advantage of PayPal is, that you not any longer need to give your credit card number to every little company, when you pay in the Internet, but just to PayPal. It is also possible to transfer money by bank transfer to your PayPal account.

Changing of newly polluted e-mail addresses

Because of the structure of the Internet and the bad spammers it will happen that your new e-mail addresses will be polluted again. This happens if you leave your e-mail addresses in the Internet. The spammers use robot programs which searching the Internet Chats, Forums, Newsgroups, etc. for e-mail addresses. But also e-mail addresses on the PC of your friends and relatives can be collected by the spammers... For that the spammers send virus e-mails to your friends and relatives. Your friends and relatives open these mails and because they often do not protect their PC by virus scanner and firewall, the virus can collect the e-mails and send them to the spammers.
If one or several of your forwarding e-mail addresses are polluted then you send a change request to Kra-Tronic Corp. See: Changing e-mail addresses  

9. 
Kra-Tronic Corp. adds your new ordered e-mail addresses within two working days and deletes the polluted addresses within 7 to 14 days. That way you have time to inform your friends, relatives and Internet partners about the new e-mail addresses.

10.
